In truth, most of us quite like having the “debate”.  Consequently, an estimated 370 million working days are lost to conflict at work each year usually as a result of personality clashes, stress, heavy workloads, taking credit for other people’s ideas or work, acting against integrity, ignorance, bullying, harassment, low morale and low trust that leads to low motivation and loss of employees.

Our sessions will help you to deal with and manage conflict using effective strategies that will help to strengthen your team culture and in turn, build trust in your own leadership skills. Finding the appropriate resolutions in the most diplomatic way can really make all the difference to the productivity, motivation and mental well-being of your workforce.

Coaching is the leadership style of a transformed culture.  Rather than directing, hierarchy gives way to partnership and collaboration, blame gives way to honest evaluation and learning, external motivators are replaced by self-motivation, protective barriers fall as teams build, change is no longer feared but welcomed, satisfying the boss becomes pleasing the customer.
